Nurse educators are in charge of overseeing the instruction and education of nursing students. They teach and mentor nursing students to help them prepare for careers in the nursing profession. Nurse educators create curriculum for nursing programs and provide instruction in both classroom settings and hands-on practice settings. They are also responsible for updating and changing coursework to account for changes in the nursing field.
